宁夏银川市包虫病流行概况

为掌握银川市包虫病流行的现状及市郊各乡的分布情况，采用汇集住院包虫病患的病案进行回顾性调查，结果显示，自1994－2001年4所医院共收治包虫病患171例，男女发病构成比分别为48．53％和51．46％；郊区60例包虫病患分别来自11个乡，说明包虫病在银川市区和郊区各乡均普遍流行；市区和郊区回汉族包虫感染发病构成比具有明显差异，市区包虫病患以工人、无职业为主，其次是学生和干部，而郊区则以农民和学生为高发人群；各职业间具有明显差异；棘球蚴在体内寄生于肝脏占78．36％，肺脏为8．77％，多脏器同时寄生占8．19％；棘球蚴感染后发病年龄以青少年和中青年最常见，占总发病率的73．6％。结果表明银川市为包虫病的高发区。

Epidemic Condition of Hydatid Disease in Yinchuan, Ningxia

To grasp the epidemic condition of hydatid disease in Yinchuan area, the retrospective review was made by collecting cases of inpatients with hydatid disease. The result showed that there were 171 cases of hydatid disease in four hospitals(1994~2001). The constitution rates of incidence were 48.53% and 51.46% respectively in males and female, in the 11 suburb townships of Yingchuan total 60 cases were found. There was an obvious difference between the constitution rates of Hui and Han nationality infected with hydatid disease in the city and suburbs. Workers and the unemployed were main groups of hydatid disease in the city, the next were students and cadres. Farmers and students were higher in the suburbs . There were significant in various professions. Liver hydatid cyst was 78.36%, lung 8.77%, polyviscera 8.19%. Infection age was 73.6% in the youngsters and middle ages. The result indicates that Yinchuan is an area that hydatid disease is more widespread.
