| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨氯氮平对精神分裂症患者唾液酸（SA）和血沉（ESR）的影响。方法：128例精神分裂症患者单用氯氮平治疗，于治疗前和治疗后1、2、3、4、5周末分别测定血清SA含量和ESR进行分析。结果：与治疗前相比，服药后第1周末或第2周内，血清SA增高、ESR增快，以后逐渐下降，至第5周末接近用药前水平。SA和ESR的增降呈高度相关。结论；服用氯氮平初期，可引起血清SA的增高、ESR的加快，其机理可能是应激反应所致。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of clozapine on sialic acid (SA) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) in schizophrenic patients. Method:128 patients with schizophrenia were treated with clozapine for 5 weeks and measured in serum sialic acid level and ESR at baseline and every weekend. Results:In the 1st and 2nd week, serum sialic acid and ESR were increased,and then decreased gradually. Levels of SA and ESR were about normal at the end of the 5th week.The rising and falling of SA and ESR were highly correlated with each other. Conclusion:Clozapine can cause the rising of serum SA and the acceleration of ESR at the beginning of the treatment. Stress reaction may be involved in the mechanism. |
