| 摘 要： | 目的]观察自制中药水罐拔罐治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法]将100例肱骨外上髁炎患者随机分成两组:对照组(40例)、治疗组(60例),分别采用封闭与自制中药水罐拔罐治疗,治疗2周后评价各自的疗效。结果]经过2周治疗后,对照组的疗效为优30例,良6例,中2例,差2例;治疗组的疗效为优45例,良9例,中5例,差3例。两组的疗效经过ridit检验,差别无统计学意义。结论]中药水罐拔罐是治疗肱骨外上髁炎较好的外治方法之一。
