摘    要:医院岗前培训是医学生向医务工作者转变的过渡和枢纽,是新员工职业生涯中的起始培训,是院方所进行的一种人力资源管理活动。本文通过分析我院2009年度岗前培训人员问卷调查结果,了解、掌握参加培训人员对岗前培训内容、形式、时间安排等方面的看法及建议,为今后顺利开展岗前培训提供宝贵的意见和建议。

Abstract:Hospital pre-job training can help the new staff members to complete the changes from a medical college graduate to be qualified medical personnel.It is the first training for the new staff members,conducted by the hospital as a human resource management.This paper analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey of the pre-job training for the new staff members in 2009 about their recommendations and suggestions on the content,form,time and other aspects of the pre-job training,in order to provide valuable...
