| 摘 要： | 目的：分析垂体微腺瘤的CT表现。方法：回顾性分析29例经手术、病理证实的垂体微腺瘤的CT征象。结果：垂体内限局性低密度灶26例，等密度灶3例，垂体柄移位6例，垂体高度异常17例，垂体上缘突出14例。鞍底骨质改变11例。结论：鞍区冠状位CT增强快速扫描有助于垂体微腺瘤的诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analysis CT signs of pituitary microadenoma.Method: The CT signs of 29 cases of pituitary microadenoma proved by operation and pathology were analyzed.Results : Local hypo-dense lesion (26 cases), isodense lesion (3 cases) dislocation of the hypo-physical stalk (6 cases), the abnormal height of pituitary (17 cases), local convex of the pituitary upper border (14 cases), the concave and absorption of the bony structure of the sellar floor (18 cases).Conclusion : Direct enhanced coronal CT scan of the sellar site can help the diagnosis of micro adenoma. |
