| 摘 要： | 对66例非溃疡病的胃痛经中医辨证分型,施行胃窦部和十二指肠球部粘膜活体组织检查,病理组织诊断,硝酸银染色找幽门螺旋菌(Helicobacterpyloric简称HP),粘膜HP培养,尿素酶试验,HP阳性率87.7％,但证型之间HP阳性率无显著差异(P>0.05)。提示治疗非溃疡病的胃痛应适当加用清除幽门螺旋菌的药物。

| Abstract: | These 66 cases of stomachalgia with non-ulcerative diseares were diagnosed through differentiation of symptoms and signs by TCM doctors.Endoscopy pyloric mucosa and duodenal bulb mucosa biopsies,histopathologic diagnosis,the seaking of helicobacter pylori (HP) with the silver nitrate staining method,mucosa cultivation for HP and urease test were conducted respectively.The results indieated that the HP positive rate was 87.7%,but the positive rate of HP between symptoms and types was not statistically different (P>0.05)This result implies that the proper amount of the drug with HP-climinating functions should be added in the treatment of stomachalgia with non-ulcerative discases. |
