The Method and Effect of Carrying out Individuation Nursing Care in General Hospital

Objectives: To carry out the individuation nursing care and to extend the connotation of holistic nursing care. Methods: Establishing the idea of individuation nursing care among nurses and formulating the criteria and goals of nursing quality. Realizing the information-based management and redesigning the nursing flow. Developing the clinic nursing care sustaining system (CNCSS) and integrating the nursing resources. Results: The individuation nursing care embodied the connotation and the continuing development of holistic nursing care, meanwhile, the patient satisfaction rate came to 97%. The individuation nursing care provided both scientific and safe nursing service that meet every individual patient's different requirements, which improved the value of nursing service. The establishment of information-based nursing management and CNCSS raised the level of skills among nurses. Conclusion: Our experiences suggest that individuation nursing care is a kind of advanced idea for nursing care, and it plays a vital role in extending the connotation of holistic nursing care and could meet the demand of medical economic development.
