| 摘 要： | 目的：优选悸平胶囊人参乙醇提取工艺。方法：以提取浸膏得率和人参皂苷Rgt、Re总含量为考察指标，用正交试验法对人参的提取工艺进行了工艺参数筛选。结果：优选的提取工艺条件为：人参用9倍量60％的乙醇回流提取3次，每次2h。结论：优选的工艺对生产悸平胶囊具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | To optimize the alcohol extraction process of Panax Ginseng of XLT capsule.Methods: The optimum extraction conditions were investigated by the orthogonal design, the acquisition ration of extraction and the total amount of ginsenoside Rg 1 and Re act as the examination standard. Results: The optimum extraction condition obtained was: adding 9 times amount of 60% alcohol and extracting for 2 hours (totally extracting for 3 times). Conclusions: The optimized process is of the value in guiding the producing process of XLT capsule. |
