长骨中段骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的平片、CT、MRI诊断

目的探讨长骨中段骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的平片、CT、MRI的影像学表现及其诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的11例长骨中段骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的临床和影像学资料,其中X线平片11例,CT 10例,MRI 6例。结果11例中多数患者有局限性疼痛,肿胀、压痛,影像检查均为长骨中段的溶骨性破坏,沿骨髓腔纵向发展,骨干膨胀变粗,有骨膜反应,骨皮质变薄或穿破,可形成软组织肿块。结论X线平片具有一定特征性,是诊断本病的首选和主要方法,结合CT、MRI能够提高诊断与鉴别诊断水平。

X-ray,CT,MRI diagnosis about eosinophilic,granuloma in the middle of Long bones

Objective To study imaging appearance and diagnostic value of X-ray,CT and MRI about eosinophilic granuloma in the middle of Long bones.Methods To analyze retrospectively the clinical and imaging data of 11 cases eosinophilic granulorna in the middle of Long bones confirmed by pathology,including X-ray 11 cases,CT 10 cases and MRI 6 cases.Results In 11 cases,the major patients have topo-pain swelling,tenderness,all have osteolytic destruction in middle of long bones,developing along The ver- tical axis of bone marrow cavity,backbone expansion,periosteal reaction,bone thinning or perforation or/and a soft tissue mass sha- ping in imaging.Conclusion X-ray film has certain mark,and is preferred and major diagnostic method about eosinophilic granulo- rna,can improve the capability of diagnosis and antidiastole combined with CT and MRI.
