加速康复外科理念在腹股沟疝手术中的应用

目的:比较应用加速康复外科治疗方案和传统方法治疗腹股沟疝的效果.方法:对比研究47例腹股沟疝病人,分别采用加速康复外科和传统的治疗方案,比较两组病人术后住院时间、住院费用、术后进食时间、下床活动时间和并发症的发生率等.结果:两组病人均痊愈出院.加速康复组病人与对照组相比,术后进食和下床活动时间均明显提前,住院费用及住院时间亦减少.结论:加速康复外科治疗方案更有利于指导腹股沟疝病人的治疗.

Practice of fast track surgery in inguinal hernia repair

Objective:To compare therapeutic result of fasttrack programme and conventional care in inguinal hernia repair.Methods: 47 patients of inguinal hernia were operated on and managed with fast-track surgery or conventional care.The mean postoperation stay,hospital cost, the times of restoration of taking food and movement after operation and complication rate were compared.Results:Patients of inguinal hernia with fast-track programme regained lesser hospital stay and cost,earlier time of restoring food and mobilization after operation compared with patients having conventional care.All patients were cured.Conclusion:Fast track surgery is more favourable in guiding the therapy of inguinal cured.
