股骨近端解剖钢板内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折51例

目的观察股骨近端解剖钢板内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折临床疗效。方法在C形臂X光机透视下闭合复位或切开直视下复位,应用股骨近端解剖钢板内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折51例。结果51例随访时间3-18个月,平均约10个月。复位及内固定满意者49例（96.1%）,愈合者51例（100.0%）,功能恢复至接近伤前水平者40例（78.4%）,并发髋内翻者3例（5.8%）。结论股骨近端解剖钢板内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折具有手术创伤小、操作简单、角度易调整、固定牢靠、抗旋转、并发症少等优点,适用于各种类型股骨转子间骨折或/和股骨颈基底部骨折、骨转子下骨折。

Treatment of intertrochanteric fracture with internal fixation of proximal femur with anatomical bone plates

Objective To discuss the clinic curative effect of internal fixation of proximal femur with anatomical bone plates on intertrochanteric fractures. Methods 51 patients with intertrochanteric fractures were treated with internal fixation of proximal femur with anatomical bone plates. All the operations were under the ＂C arm＂ X-ray apparatus. Results 51 patients were followed up for 3-18 months. The rate of satisfaction of replacement and internal fixation was 96% （49/51）. The rate of concrescence was 100% （51/51）. Conclusion Internal fixation of proximal femur with anatomical bone plates is effective for intertrochanteric fracture.
