| 摘 要： | 目的：确定高龋者口腔中c血清型变形链球菌的基因型分布。方法：从20例高龋者口腔中分离出c血清型变形链球菌，采用chelex法提取细菌染色体DNA，通过AP—PCR进行临床分离株的基因组指纹分析。结果：共分离获得了87株c血清型变形链球菌，不同个体所携带的变形链球菌临床分离株的基因型不同，同一个体可携带不同基因型的c血清型变形链球菌，26．7％的高龋者携带1种基因型，60．0％携带2种基因型，13．3％携带3种基因型。结论：大多数高龋者口腔中定植有2种或2种以上基因型c血清型变形链球菌。

| Abstract: | AIM:To study the genetic diversity within S treptococcus mutans of serotype c from high-caries subject.METHODS:Streptococcus mutans clinical isolates of serotype c were obtained fr om twenty high-caries subjects. Chromosomal DNA was extracted from these isolate s by chelex. Then genomic fingerprint analysis was carried out using arbitrarily primed polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS:Eighty-seven isolate s of Streptococcus mutans serotype c were obtained. The isolates from differ ent subject differed in genotypes. More than one genotype isolates were colonize d in the same oral cavity. 60% of high-caries subjects possessed two genotype, a nd 13.3% of them had three genotype.CONCLUSION:In most of high -caries subjects, more than one genotype isolates of Streptococcus mutans se rotype c were colonized. |
