国产专用级航空玻璃质量评价研究

摘    要:为使人工晶体国产化,本文对国产专用级航空玻璃(PMMA)进行质量评价研究。通过该材料对V_(79)细胞的毒性试验表明,未加工原坯材料和已加工制成人工晶体,对V_(79)细胞的生长无抑制作用,也无致死作用;在Ames试验中人工晶体成品和材料没有诱变性。动物实验提示该型人工晶体植入狗眼后,对角膜内皮、房角结构、虹膜睫状体以及视网膜等组织的病理改变,实验组(?)对照组基本一致,说明该晶体对眼组织生物相容性较好,对眼组织无毒性反应。在光学性能测试中应用UV-3600分光光度计,从波长350nm~800nm对人工晶体进行扫描,波长800nm~400nm透过率在92%以上,400nm开始透过率急骤下降,在350nm时透过率降为0。

Abstract:For the development of completely china-made IOL, this evaluation was conducted by means of toxicologic test, animal experiments and optical measurements, PMMA as a manufacturing material of china-made IOL. The toxicologie test in both rude materials and manufactured IOL with V7, cells demonstrated that V79 cell's growth had not been inhibited, with no cytocidal effect. In the Ames test the IOL and its rude material were not found to provoke induced mutation. Animal experiments showed that after the IOL implantation in dog eyes the pathological changes in corneal endothelium, chamber angle structure, iris ciliary body and mine tissue of the implantation group, are basically similar to those of the control group, indicating that the china-made PMMA possesses a better biocompati bility with the ocular tissue with no toxic effects. Optical measurements was accomplished by using UV-3600 spectrophoto-meter. The scan was made on the IOL from 350nm to 800nm wave length. The transmission of 800nm to 400nm wave length light was more than 92%. At the onset of 400nm. the transmission sharply declined. At 350nm wave length the transmission fell to zero.
