平板运动试验诊断冠心病的临床价值

目的　探讨平板运动试验 (TET)诊断冠心病的临床价值。方法　临床可疑冠心病患者 5 8例 ,分别行TET和冠状动脉造影 (CAG) ,根据CAG结果分为CAG阳性组 (冠心病组 ) 35例和CAG阴性组 (对照组 ) 2 3例 ,分析两组TET结果。结果　冠心病组TET运动时间明显短于对照组 ,而ST段下移幅度、峰心率明显大于对照组 (P <0 0 5和P <0 0 1) ;TET检出冠心病的敏感性 77 1%、特异性 78 3%、准确度 77 6 % ,女性假阳性较男性高 ,2、3支病变的敏感性均高于 1支病变。结论　TET诊断冠心病简便易行 ,准确度高。

The value oftreadmill exercise test in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of treadmill exercise test.Methods 58 patients were examined by coronary angiography(CAG) and treadmill exercise test(TET).According the result of CAG,all case were divided into the coronary heart disease group and the control group.Results 35 patients were in the coronary heart disease group,23 in the control group.The time of TET in the coronary heart disease group was shorter than that in the control group.ST segment depression the peak heart rate was marked higher than that in the control group(P<0.05 and P<0.01).The sensitivity,spectificity and accuracy rate of treadmill exercise test(TET) in the diagnosis of CHD were 77.1%,78.3%,77.6%,respectively.The false rate in females was higher than that in males.Conclusion TET is a convenient way with a high accuracy and low expense in diagnosising coronary disease.
