| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切术的并发症和防治措施.方法 分析218例经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生的临床资料,讨论各种并发症的发生原因,并提出防治措施.结果 术中大出血3例、前列腺包膜穿孔4例、电切综合征4例、术后继发出血12例、排尿困难3例、尿失禁5例、尿道狭窄5例.结论 经尿道前列腺汽化电切术存在一定的并发症,及时防治并发症有助于提高本手术的水平.
