分析前质控在止凝血检查中的重要性探讨

Improtance of Pre-analyses QC in Coagulation and Hemostatic Function Test

With the development of modern medicine and laboratory medicine,the coagulation and hemostatic function test have been more and more important in emergency medical treatment,anticoagulation monitoring,preoperative test and in diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhagic disease and thromb-disease.One survey report can be influenced in many element in which quality control is very important for the accuracy of coagulation test.Total quality control includes pre-analyses,during-analyses and post-analyses QC.Because of the difference of coagulation and hemostatic function test between other items,pre-analyses QC has become the most import factor.In this paper,expect to discuss the importance of pre-analyses QC factors,such as patient information,sample collection,separation of plasma,reagent preparation,instrument maintenance and personnel management.
