慢性氟中毒大鼠脊髓损伤的光电镜观察

摘    要:作者对实验性慢氟中毒后大鼠脊髓结构的改变进行了光镜结构和电镜超微结构观察,结果表明:氟中毒可引起脊髓神经元Nissl氏小体溶解,减少或消失;神经细胞固缩,噬神经细胞现象.神经元核周质及突起内线粒体肿胀,(?)断裂;粗面内质网扩张,数量减少;脂褐质增多;核膜间隙局部性扩张;其周围的神经纤维有髓鞘疏松和溶解现象.上述病理改变与饮氟水时间关系密切.结果提示:氟对神经组织有直接损伤作用,从而为氟中毒所引起的一些神经症状机理的探讨提供了一定的形态学依据.

Abstract:The structural changes of the spirial cords of the rats with chronical fluorosiswere observed with light and electronic microscoper. The changes include: reduction, dissolution and disappearance of Nissl's bodies in the neuron-, neuron pyknosis and neuronopha-gy; swelling of the mitochondria with broken cristae in the perikayon and processes of the neuron; dilation and decrease in quantity of rough endoplasm:increase of lipofusin; widening of perinuclear cistern discontinuously:loosing or dissolution of myelin shealth, etc. all these changes were closely related to the exposure time. We considered that chronic fluorosis may cause direct damages of the spinal cord.
