老年患者血清唾液酸水平与体质指数的相关性研究

目的:老年患者血清唾液酸水平与体质指数的相关性研究。方法:选择老年患者正常体重组45例,超重组42例,肥胖组33例,分别观察体质指数、测量收缩压、舒张压、测定血清唾液酸、空腹血糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、糖化血红蛋白、C反应蛋白及尿酸水平,各组与体质指数作相关性分析。结果:血清唾液酸、空腹血糖、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白均与体质指数有关,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示,血清唾液酸与C反应蛋白相关。结论:老年患者存在慢性低度炎症状态,有血清唾液酸水平的升高,伴肥胖者更严重,预示将来发生心血管事件的机率增高。

The Relationship of Serum Sialic Acid and Body Mass Index in Elder Patients

Objective To study the relationship of senan sialic acid（SA） and body mass index（BMI） in elder people. Methods The levels of SA ,SBP, DBP, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, U A, FBG, HbA1c, CRP were measured in 120 elder people including 45 cases normal body weight,42 cases of over weight ,33 cases of obesity. The relationship of above indexes and BMI was analyzed. Results SA,FBG,TG, HDL-C were correlated with BMI（ P 〈 0.05）. Stepwise multiple regression analysis indicated SA was correlated with CRP. Conclusions serum sialic acid is higher in the obesity patients with inflammatory status, which predicted that they would have higher incidence of cardiovascular disease in the future.
