惊恐障碍的临床变量比较

目的；了解伴和不伴广场恐怖的惊恐障碍患者的临床变量有无差异。方法；对连续门诊的４６例伴广场恐怖的惊恐障碍患者，和５４例不伴广场恐怖的惊恐障碍患者的临床谱量进行对照比较。结果；在离婚、确诊前内科门诊，发作频率主诉等变量上存在显著差异，在有无早搏变量上存在非常显著差异。

Comparison of clinical features of panic disorder with and without agoraphobia

Objective:To explore the difference in clinical features of panic disorder with and without agoraphobia. Method:Clinical features of 46 outpatients with panic disorder with agoraphobia were compared with 54 outpatients with panic disorder without agoraphobia. Results:There was significant differences in divorce,medical consultation before diagnosis,frequency of panic attacks ( P <0 05) and strongly significant difference in the presence of premature beats ( P <0 01). Conclusion:The findings suggest that agoraphobia is a more serious variant of panic disorder.
