95例结核性脑膜炎用PCR法检测脑脊液结核菌DNA的临床分析

目的：为了解影响结核性脑膜炎用PCR法检测脑脊液结核菌DNA结果的各种因素。方法：对95例结核性脑膜炎，用PCR法检测脑脊液结核菌DNA，对其病型、病期、化疗时间等因素与阳性率的关系作以分析。结果：发现检测前的化疗时间长短是影响PCR阳性率的主要因素，未治疗者阳性率为88．9％，治疗6个月内、1个月以上、2个月以上、3个月以上者分别为79．3％、66．7％、44．4％和27．8％。结脑病型、病期的不同对PCR阳性率未见有明显影响。结论：影响PCR阳性率的主要因素是化疗时间，阳性率可随着化疗时间的延长而逐渐下降。

The Clinical Analysis of Tuberculosis DNA in Cerebrospinal Fluid with PCR Methods in 95 Cases in Tuberculous Cerebrospinal Meningitis (TCSM)

To study varied clinical factors which are affected by tuberculous DNA in cerebrospinal fluid that can be detected with PCR on TCSM. Methods: The relations between the positive rate that were detected with PCR and some factors including the thpe,stage and time of therapy when detected were analysed. Results: That time of treatment was short or not was main factor to affect the positive rate. The untreated positive ratewas 88. 9 %,that treated within 1 month, more than 1 month,more than 2 months and more than 3months were 79. 3 %, 66. 7 %, 44. 4 % and 27. 8%. The type and stage of TCSM had no obviously affected.Conclusion: The main factor inclinic to affected the positive rate was the time of treatment that lasted. the rate could be decreased with treatment time prolonged.
