腹腔镜手术前脐孔准备方法的比较研究

目的 探讨腹腔镜手术脐孔术前准备的合适方法.方法 对施行腹腔镜手术的90例患者分别采取3种皮肤清洁准备方法,观察脐孔局部反应和分析微生物采样报告.结果 石油醚能有效清除脐孔污垢,对皮肤刺激性小;新洁尔灭酊具有较好的消毒效果但对皮肤有刺激性;百多邦对皮肤刺激性小但消毒效果低于新洁尔灭酊.结论 临床上应根据具体情况分析,采用合适的方法,从而达到腹腔镜手术脐孔术野的备皮要求.

Comparison study on the preparation method of umbilicus before laparoscopy operation CHEN Lan,

Objective To explore the suitable method of umbilicus preparation before the laparoscopy operation.Methods 90 patients underwent laparoacopy operation adopted three preparation methods of skin cleaning.respectively.The local reaction of umbilicus was observed,and the sample report of microorganism Was analyzed.Results Petroleum ether could effectively clean the dirt in the umbilicus,and had lesss skin irritation.Benzalkonium Bromide Tincture had better disinfection effect,but had irritation to skin.Mupirocin Ointment had less skin irritation.but it's disinfection effect was poor than Benzalkonium Bromide Tincture's.Conclusions The suitable method should he adopted according to the concrete situation in clinic,thereby obtaining the requirement for skin preparation of the operation filed of umbilicus in the laparoscopy operation.
