| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方甘草酸苷联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法:将104例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,前者给予复方甘草酸苷联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,后者单用复方甘草酸苷治疗,疗程均为6wk。结果:治疗组和对照组的显效率分别为32.69%、19.23%(P<0.05),治疗后总胆红素分别为(21.57±10.73)、(40.12±11.28)μmol/L(P<0.01)。治疗组未发现明显不良反应。结论:复方甘草酸苷联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗慢性乙型肝炎有效、安全,明显缩短黄疸复常时间。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To observe the curative effect of compound glycyrrhizin(SNMC)combined with reduced glutathione(GSH)on chronic hepatitis B(CHB).METHODS:104patients with CHB were divided into treatment group and control group;the treatment group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin and reduced glutathione,while the control group was treated only with compound glycyrrhizin.The courses of treatment for both groups were6weeks.RESULTS:the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were32.69%and19.23%respectively(P<0.05);their respective total bilirubin after treatment were(21.57±10.73)μmol/L and(40.12±11.28)μmol/L(P<0.01).No significant adverse reˉactions were found in the treatment group.CONCLUSION:Compound glycyrrhizin combined with reduced glutathione is an effective and safe therapy for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B and which can significantly shorten the jaundice recovery time. |
