| 摘 要： | 目的 为小腿下 1/3骨髓炎和其它创伤性修复提供满意的肌瓣。材料和方法 用 18具 3 6例成人尸体标本采用连续层次解剖法 ,调查了第三腓骨肌 ,用游标卡尺测量了有关数据。结果 转动第三腓骨肌瓣能覆盖胫骨前内侧下 1/3的面积为 ( 16 7± 8 1)cm2 的区域。结论 第三腓骨肌可以移植。

| Abstract: | Objective To proride satisfactory muscle flap for the osteomyecitis and the other plastic and reconstructive surgery of the lower one third of leg.Methods The third peroneus on 36 adult Cadavers by rehional anatomy were studied and measured with vemiercalipers.Results When the third peroneus flap was turned,It could cover(16 7±8 1)cm 2 of the anterointemal wound area on the lower one third of the leg.Conclusion The third peroneus flap can be grafted. |
