| 摘 要： | 本文报道了５例（８只患眼）较为罕见的脉络膜骨瘤。着重讨论了本病的ＣＴ表现、诊断和鉴别诊断。结果表明：ＣＴ不仅可以显示脉络膜骨瘤的骨化以及无症状患者的微小钙化，有利于早期观察和治疗，而且还可以观察周围组织有无病变，帮助鉴别诊断。脉络膜骨瘤ＣＴ表现分为斑点形；短线（带）形；纺棰形；混合形。高分辩率ＭＲ加增强、用眼部表面线圈，可以发现骨瘤骨小梁中的骨髓信号，对诊断亦有帮助。

| Abstract: | A CT study of 5 cases of choroidal osteoma was reported and compared with other imaging methods in this paper.CT was superior to other ones. CT scan provided valuable diagnostic information as global calcification( ossification).CT can detect calcification in asymptomal patients.According to CT manifestation the authors described them as 4 types: stain; short line; double convex lens; and mix( irregular) .MRdid not show calcification( ossification), but using high resolution MR with Gd- DTPA enhancement and eyes coil, marrow sign in global calcification of choroidal osteoma can be detected. |
