| 摘 要： | 用Br.canis感染豚鼠与配种进行不同时间组合的试验表明、配种与感染 Br.canis不同时间不影响Br.canis感染后的血清学反应、皮肤过敏和细菌分布,Br.canis主要是通过性交发生感染。但在一般情况下也可以通过非性交途径发生感染。 Br.canis菌感染后机体产生凝集抗体很难与光滑型布鲁氏菌抗原发生凝集 Br.canis菌的CFT抗原作皮肤过敏试验阳性率为92.3%。可见 Br.canis菌能致敏机体。

| Abstract: | This paper reports that sero-responses, anaphylaxis and distribution of Br. canis were not different for various groups combined mate with time. The guinea pigs were infected by Br.canis mainly through sexuality, but they were not sexually transmitted.
The agglutination antibody producted after infection with Br. canis was difficult to agglutinate antigens of S-type Brucella. The guinea pigs were examined with CFT-antigen prepared with B.canis, the positive rate of skin sensitivity was 92.3%. It is suggested that Br. canis could sensitizate guinea pigs. |
