| 摘 要： | 目的比较双黄升白颗粒絮凝沉淀与醇沉工艺的优劣,为双黄升白颗粒的生产提供一定的依据。方法采用高效液相法与紫外吸收光谱法测定提取液中黄芪总苷、淫羊藿苷含量,通过计算转移率和得膏率,比较两种澄清工艺。结果和结论通过比较得出,两种工艺虽然在有效成分的保留上基本无显著性差异,但絮凝沉淀法在成本、工艺周期等方面具有明显优势。

| Abstract: | Objectives In the progress of preparing "Shuanghuang Shengbai Granules",we compared the flocculant precipitant process and alcohol precipitant process to offer theoretical foundation.Methods Astragaloside and icariin contents in extracting solution were detected with HPLC and UV-spectrum methods.Metastasis rates and yield were calculated and two techniques were compared.Result and Conclusion Comparatively,there are no significant differences in extracting effective constituents between two methods.The flocculant precipitant process,however,has great advantages in reducing costs and shortening production cycle. |
