猫直肠上部的交感神经支配

向猫直肠上部肠壁内注入HRP,通过逆行追踪证明:1.长轴突型交感节前神经元直接分布到直肠壁内,其位于双侧脊髓的L_(1-6)髓节,多数集中于L_3髓节(占69.79%),两侧标记细胞的数量无明显差别。主要位于中间带外侧核(IL占90.74%)并由此向网状核,侧索(LF)、中介核(IC)、中间带内侧核和前角腹后外侧核(DLM)内扩散。不同核团标记细胞的节段性分布有一定差别、IL、IC标记区偏向颅侧,LF、DLM标记区则偏向尾侧。2.支配直肠的交感节后神经元主要位于肠系膜前、后节(占标记细胞总数的68.4%,其余者位于双侧腰骶交感于神经节内。

THE SYMPATHETIC INNERVATION OF THE RECTUM OF THE CAT

The sympathetic innervation of the rectum was studied in 5 cats.The results are as follows: 1.The sympathetic preganglionic neurons with long axons were directed distributed into the rectum wall.They were found in L1-6 spinal segmens.69.79% of the total labeled cells were located in the L3 segment.They were chiefly located in the intermediolateral nuclens (90%.74%). from which they extended radially to the reticular nucleus,the laleral funiculus,the intercalated nucleus,the intermediomedial nucleus and the dorsolateral nucleus of the ventral horn. 2.The sympathetic postganglionic neurons innervating the rectum lie mainly in the anterior and posterior mesenteric ganglions (accounting for 68.47% of the total labeled cells),and the rest lie in both sides of the lumber-sacral ganglions of sympathetic trunk.
