| 摘 要： | 目的：基于医院现有的全面预算管理体系，进行全面预算管理信息化建设，提高医院经济资源的使用效率，节约医院经济运行成本。方法：借鉴先进的全面预算管理理念，结合信息化理论进行建设和实施。结果：改进了医院的全面预算管理体系。提高了医院全面预算管理的工作效率，使医院的经济资源得到了合理的利用。结论：通过进一步分析、建设和应用医院全面预算管理信息化体系，使医院的全面预算管理工作更加快捷、科学、有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To construct MIS of the total budgetary management in our hospital based on the present system,improving the efficiency of economic resources and saving the cost.Methods The idea of total budgetary management was used in combination with informationization theory.Results With the total budget management system improved,the working efficiency was enhanced,and hospital economic resources were saved.Conclusion Through further analyzing,constructing and applying,the hospital total budget management is enriched to be more quick,scientific and effective. |
