手术治疗睑黄瘤的方法与效果

目的：总结睑黄瘤的治疗方法，观察其效果。方法：对近三年来45例睑黄瘤手术方法进行回顾性总结，并结合文献进行讨论。结果：中老年人上睑较松弛，较小面积的病灶可以与重睑术同时施行效果最好，若病灶面积较大可采用纵行，斜形，横形切除，局部上睑皮瓣旋转或滑行修复，部分病例采用切除与电烧灼相结合的方法治疗。结论：手术治疗是可取的，可达到治疗与美容双重效果。术后复发率不像文献说的那么高。

THE METHOD AND EFFECT OF OPERATION FOR XANTHOMA OF EYELID

To generalize the therapeutic methods for Xanthoma of eyelid and determine the effect Methods:Review 45 cases during past 3 years and discuss the operative methods combined to the references Results:The upper eyelids are relaxed in middle age and old age The less focus can be excised while the operation of eyelids with fold is performed The larger focus can be excised by the vertical,horixontal and oblique incisions,the defect would be repaired by the local rotation or advancement skin flap of upper eyelid The excision method combining excision with electric cautery is also used in some cases Conclusion:It is effective method for Xanthoma of eyelid by a surgical operation,which is followed by the therapeutic and aesthetic effects The postoperative recurrent rate is not as high as that reported in the references
