| 摘 要： | 唾液非常容易收集，包含自体来源的蛋白，细菌和细菌的产物，在牙周病诊断中有潜在的应用价值。其中来源于龈沟液中的自体衍生的酶和其它炎症介质，是唾液中最有希望作为牙周病诊断的标志，另外，唾液的分析为大规模评价牙周病提供了花费较少的方法。

| Abstract: | Saliva is readily available, contains proteins , bacteria and bacteria products, was proved to be an aid in the diagnosis of periodontal disease. Host-derived enzymes and other inflammatory mediators originating from the gingival crevice appear to hold the greatest promise as the salivary diagnostic test for periodontal disease. Furthermore, analysis of saliva may offer a cost-effective approach to assessment of periodontal disease in large populations. |
