附子相杀、相畏配伍减毒实验研究

摘    要:目的:根据古代本草关于附子相杀、相畏的记载,研究与附子具有相杀、相畏配伍的中药对附子毒性的影响。方法:ICR小鼠,40μL.g-1体重灌胃给药,平行比较了附子分别配伍不同比例防风、黄芪、远志前后的急性毒性,测定其半数致死剂量(LD50);SD大鼠,十二指肠注射给药,20μL.g-1体重,平行比较了附子分别配伍不同比例防风、黄芪、远志前后的心脏毒性,测定其半数中毒剂量(TD50)。结果:附子配伍各药后可不同程度的提高附子的LD50和心脏毒性的TD50,减毒作用与药物的配伍比例有关。结论:相杀、相畏配伍是我国古代先贤在应用有毒中药过程中实践的总结,具有一定的科学性。

Abstract:Objective: According to the record of mutual-detoxication and mutual restraint in ancient Chinese materia medica,to research the influence to the toxicity of Aconiti Carmichaeli Radix added the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) which is mutual-detoxication and mutual restraint to it.Method: ICR mouse,0.4 μL·g-1,to pour the fluid into stomach,paired comparison of acute toxicity of Aconiti Carmichaeli Radix seperately added different ratio of Sileris Radix,Astragali Radix and Polygalae Radix,and admeasure the dose for LD50.SD rats,administration by injection through duodenum,20 μL·g-1,paired comparison of heart toxicity of Aconiti Carmichaeli Radix seperately added different ratio of Sileris Radix,Astragali Radix and Polygalae Radix,and admeasure the dose for TD50.Result: LD50 and heart toxicity of TD50 were increased after Aconiti Carmichaeli Radix added separately,its toxicity attenuation is related to the ratio.Conclusion: Mutual-detoxication and mutual restraint are the summary drawed when China ancient people is in the process of using toxic TCM and it is scientific.
