| 摘 要： | 环氧合酶(COX)是花生四烯酸代谢的限速酶,具有环氧合酶和过氧化物酶功能的双重酶。目前COX有两个亚型,即COX-1和COX-2,其中COX-2是一种诱导酶,在组织损伤、炎症等情况下表达增强。近年来的研究发现,COX-2与肿瘤的发生发展、肿瘤新生血管的形成以及肿瘤的转移有密切关系,并且COX-2抑制剂有望成为肿瘤治疗新的靶点。文章综述国内外COX-2在子宫内膜癌中的表达、调控及其致癌机制方面的研究新进展,为子宫内膜癌的防治提供新的靶目标。

| Abstract: | Cyclooxygenase is the rate-limiting enzyme in metabolic pathway that produces arachidonic acidwhich has the double enzmatic function of Cyclooxygenase and peroxydase.It has two isoforms,COX-1 and COX-2.COX-2 is a induced enzyme that is highly expressed in inflammation and tissue damage.Recently it was demonstrated that there is a close relationship of COX-2 with occurence and development,angiogenensis and metabasis of tumor,and the suppressor of COX-2 is hoping to be new target in tumor therapy.The article overviews many progresses of COX-2 about its expression in endometrial cancer,modulation and mechanism of carcinogenesis in order to provide new targets for protection and therapy of this diseases. |
