阿司匹林对妊高征患者凝血功能的影响研究

目的探讨小剂量阿司匹林对妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)发生率、产后出血量以及妊高征患者凝血功能的影响。方法将109例有发生妊娠期高血压病危险的高危孕妇随机分为阿司匹林治疗组55例和对照组54例,观察两组产妇妊高征的发生率及产后出血量;并对比阿司匹林组服药前和服药后凝血3项指标的变化。结果治疗组妊高征发生率低于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产妇产后出血量间差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组孕妇服药后与服药前的凝血3项指标比较,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量阿司匹林能明显改善妊高征孕妇的凝血功能,降低妊高征的发生率。

The Impact of Aspirin on Blood Coagulation of Patients with Pregnancy Induced Hypertension Syndrome

Objective To study the impact of low dose Aspirin on incidence,bleeding amount after parturition and blood coagulation of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome(PIH).Methods 109 high risk patients were randomly divided into 55 cases of Aspirin treated group and 54 cases of control group,The incidence of PIH and the bleeding amount after parturition was observed;And the prothrombin time(PT),partia1 thrombop1astin time(APTT) and fibrinogen(Fg) were compared before and after treatment by Aspirin.Results There were significant differences in the incidence of PIH between treatment and control group(P<0.05);The bleeding amount after parturition had no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);Moreover,there were obvious differences of the PT,APTT and Fg before and after treatement by Aspirin.Conclusion Low dose Aspirin can significantly improve the blood coagulation of PIH,and reduce it incidence.
