高原边防军人心理健康的SCL-90量表调查及分析

目的分析高原边防军人的心理健康状况。方法采用90项症状清单（SCL-90）对1500例高原官兵进行自评，并按其驻地距城区远近将其区分为高原一线与二线部队两组进行对比分析。结果高原一、二线部队SCL-90分均值在总均分及躯体化、人际关系敏感、敌对性、恐怖因子评分等方面差异均有显著性（P〈0．05），二线部队评分显著高于一线部队。而在强迫、抑郁、焦虑、偏执和精神病性、反映睡眠与饮食的其他因子分等方面统计结果无显著差异（P〉0、05）。结论高原边防官兵存在诸多心理症状和不同程度的心理健康问题，尤以城区周边部队为明显。

Investigation and Analysis with SCL-90 of the Mental Health of Frontier Military Personnel at High Altitude

Objective To analyze the mental health of frontier military personnel at high altitude.Methods 1500 military personnel were divided into 2 groups according to the distance of their station from downtown: group on first line(farther from downtown) and group on second line(closer to downtown),and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) was applied to make the investigation.Results There existed a significant difference between the average of total score,somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,hostility and dread in group on first line and those in group on second line(P<0.05),the scores of group on second line were much higher than those of group on first line;the statistic study of the scores of obsession,depression,anxiety,paranoid disorder,psychotic ideation,sleep and diet showed out no significant difference between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion There are various psychological problems in mental health of frontier military personnel at high altitude,especially of the military personnel stationed close to downtown.
