总结蔡连香教授论治多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)所致不孕症经验。对PCOS常辨证为脾肾不足、痰瘀互阻型与肝肾不足、肝郁血热型为主,以补肾健脾与养血疏肝调理冲任为基本治法;"突出精血理论",重视精血在卵泡发育中的作用,在辨肾阴、肾阳的基础上,健脾疏肝,兼顾化痰湿、祛瘀血,同时结合生理周期的阴阳特点顺应规律用药。

Research on CAI Lianxiang's Experience in Treating of Infertility Caused by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

The objective is to summarize Professor CAI Lianxiang's experience in treating infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). PCOS syndrome is mainly differentiated as deficiency of spleen and kidney,mutual obstruction of phlegm and blood stasis,deficiency of liver and kidney,liver stagnation and blood heat. In treatment,the basic methods are tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen,nourishing blood and soothing liver and regulating thoroughfave and conception. The treatment should "highlight the theory of essence and blood",pay attention to the role of essence and blood in follicular development on the basis of distinguishing yin and yang of kidney,invigorating spleen and soothing liver,removing phlegm and dampness,eliminating blood stasis,and applying medicine according to the law in combination with the characteristics of yin and yang of physiological cycle.
