| 摘 要： | 《温病条辨》在疾病病机或药物使用方面提出了诸多芳香药治病思路,三焦疾病皆有论述,温热湿热均有涉猎。采集著述,结合临床,间附己意,探讨芳香类药物辛散透热、透络活络、开窍醒神、行气定痛、辟秽涤浊、醒脾开胃、温肾暖肝的作用及所治疾病,并提出芳香药临证备要。

Profound Theory of Aromatic Medicinals in Systematic Differentiation of Warm Diseases and Its Clinical Application |

| Abstract: | In Systemic Differentiation of Warm Diseases,based on disease mechanism,it is proposed to use aromatic medicinals to treat diseases like sanjiao disease,warm-heat or damp-heat disease. Based on the literature and clinical application,the author gives his opinion on using aromatic medicinals to dissipate and vent heat,vent and activate collaterals,open orifices and awaken the mind,move qi and stop pain,dispel filth and clear up turbidity,awaken spleen and open stomach,warm kidney and liver and the corresponding indications,also outlines the principles for using aromatic medicinals in clinic. |
