张仲景治里达表法解析

治里达表法是指在运用解表发汗时,当审查里气是否和畅。以《伤寒杂病论》桂枝去桂加茯苓白术汤、小青龙汤、五苓散为例,探讨水饮郁闭里气时,单纯解表发汗,则动摇里饮,而变证纷出,病必不解。治当利水以解里闭,佐以发汗,病才可治。并论证"邪热""瘀血""食积"等郁闭里气时,不通里气,病亦不除。欲解表,需通里结,即治里需达表。

Analysis of Method of Treating the Interior and Relieving the Exterior by ZHANG Zhongjing

Treating the interior and relieving the exterior means that when using inducing sweating to release the exterior,the internal qi movement should be examined to find out whether it is smooth. For example,the formulas from Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases like Guizhi Qugui JiaFuling Baizhu Decoction,Xiaoqinglong Decoction and Wuling Powder. When water and rheum blocking the internal qi treated with inducing sweating to release the exterior,there would be the movement of internal rheum,manifesting as various patterns and the disease cannot be cured. The treatment should be promoting urination to relieve the internal blockage assisted with inducing sweat. Besides, "evil heat" "static blood" and"food accumulation" all could block the internal qi,and only when the internal qi is unblocked,disease could be cured. To release the exterior,the internal block should be relieved,that is,treating the interior is the pre-step for reliving the exterior.
