| 摘 要： | 喉癌是呼吸系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，早期诊断喉癌可避免大范围的手术，有助于保留喉的生理功能，显著改善患者预后。对近年来国内外各种先进的内镜检查技术在喉癌早期诊断中的应用做了回顾，分析了每项技术的优缺点。随着这些新内镜技术的推广和优化，喉癌的早期诊断水平将有望逐步提高。

| Abstract: | Laryngeal cancer is one of the most common malignancies of the respiratory system. Early diagnosis of this disease can help to avoid a wide range of surgical procedures, preserve the physiological function of the larynx, and significantly improve the prognosis. This article reviews the various advanced endoscopy techniques used for the early diagnosis of laryngeal cancer in recent years and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each technique. With these new endoscopic techniques being widely promoted and optimized, the practice of early diagnosis of laryngeal cancer is expected to increase gradually in the future. |
