宫颈癌伴抑郁的体质分布及相关危险因素分析

目的:探讨宫颈癌患者伴抑郁的危险因素及其与中医体质的相关性,为基于体质防治宫颈癌伴抑郁提供理论依据。方法:纳入宫颈癌伴抑郁患者共155例为抑郁组,单纯宫颈癌无抑郁患者134例为非抑郁组。采用卡方检验、t检验分析宫颈癌患者抑郁的影响因素和体质,Logistic回归分析抑郁的危险中医体质和危险因素。结果:宫颈癌伴抑郁体质类型主要以气郁质、瘀血质、气虚质、湿热质4种体质为主。单因素和多因素分析发现文化程度低、病情知晓、放疗化疗、子宫切除、中晚期宫颈癌、气郁质、瘀血质、气虚质是宫颈癌伴抑郁的危险因素,主观支持和支持利用度是保护因素。结论:宫颈癌伴抑郁与中医体质具有一定的相关性,提示可以基于体质类型的不同防治宫颈癌伴抑郁。

Analysis of Risk Factors of Depression in Patients with Cervical Cancer and Its Correlation with TCM Constitution

Objective:To explore the risk factors of depression in patients with cervical cancer and its correlation with TCM constitution,so as to provide theoretical basis for preventing and treating depression in patients with cervical cancer based on TCM constitution. Methods:A total of 155 patients with cervical cancer and depression were selected as the depression group,and 134 patients with cervical cancer without depression were selected as non depression group. Chi square test and t test were used to analyze the risk factors and constitution of depression in patients with cervical cancer. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of depression. Results:The main TCM constitution of depression in patients with cervical cancer were qi depression,blood stasis,qi deficiency and damp heat. Univariate and multivariate analysis showed that low level of culture,awareness of illness,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,hysterectomy,advanced cervical cancer,qi stagnation,blood stasis and qi deficiency were risk factors of depression in patients with cervical cancer. Subjective support and support utilization were protective factors. Conclusion:There was a certain correlation between cervical cancer with depression and TCM constitution,which indicated that depression could be prevented and controlled based on TCM constitution.
