迟华基运用泽泻汤经验

泽泻汤出自《金匮要略》,用于治疗昏冒眩晕兼或饮停心下所引起多种痰饮病证。然泽泻汤原是由《黄帝内经》泽泻饮化简而来,故迟华基教授通过分析《黄帝内经》中泽泻饮的主治病机,发现泽泻、白术两药配伍能够有效治疗由湿热之邪困滞脾胃、中焦气机升降失常所引发的多种气血郁滞疾病。在治疗胸闷、胃脘痛、关节疼痛时常在主方基础上配伍泽泻汤,以助健脾利湿、畅达中焦,使湿热之邪从下焦而泄,通则不痛。

Experience by Professor CHI Huaji on Using Zexie Decoction

Zixie Decoction is from Essentials from the Golden Cabinet,and is mainly used for dizziness and vertigo or various phlegm and rheum diseases due to rheum accumulating below the heart. Zexie Decoction can also be regarded as simplified from Zexie Beverage from The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic. Hence Professor CHI Huaji analyzed the indications of Zexie Beverage,and found that Zexie(Alismatis Rhizome)and Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizome) combined together could effectively treat various qi stagnation and blood stasis diseases due to damp heat accumulating in the spleen and stomach and disorder of qi's ascending and descending. When treating chest oppression,stomachache and arthralgia,Professor CHI Huaji often uses Zexie Decoction to assist the major formulas,for it could invigorate the spleen and drain dampness,and dredge the middle-jiao,so that the damp-heat will be discharged from the lower-jiao,and the pain will disappear through unblocking.
