| 摘 要： | 目的:观察穴位埋线配合灸法治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效。方法:选取72例脾胃虚弱型CAG患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各36例,对照组常规口服西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用穴位埋线和灸法治疗,两组疗程均为2周。通过对中医证候、胃黏膜病理组织学改善情况及幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除率三个方面评估两组之间的疗效。结果:治疗组在改善中医证候、胃黏膜病理组织学方面均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:穴位埋线配合灸法治疗脾胃虚弱型CAG效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combing acupoint catgut embedding with moxibustion in treating chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG). Methods:By using the random table,72 patients with CAG of spleen and stomach weakness were divided into treatment group and control group,36 patients in each group. The control group was given routine western medicine treatment,while the treatment group was given acu-point catgut embedding and moxibustion besides western medicine treatment. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated by improvement of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome and histopathology of gastric mucosa,and eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori. Results:The treatment group was better than the control group in improving TCM syndrome and gastric mucosal histopathology(P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupoint catgut embedding with moxibustion is effective in treating CAG of spleen and stomach weakness. |
