燔针劫刺探讨

"燔针劫刺"是《灵枢·经筋》中记载的治疗经筋病的重要方法,而学界对于"燔针劫刺"一说的解释却众说纷纭,令人莫衷一是。在查阅大量的文献资料的基础上,结合临床实际对其进行研究,认为《灵枢·经筋》中"燔针"当为针具之名,"劫刺"可能为"结刺"之误。"燔针劫刺,以知为数,以痛为腧"其意为:医者在充分了解经筋结构、功能、病候等特点的基础上,以显露(病候)的经筋为准绳推断病位所在,再通过触诊其上的"结""聚"之所寻找出现疼痛或压痛等异常反应的筋结,然后使用"燔针"作为针刺工具对其进行针刺的一种治疗经筋病的方法。

"fan-needle and sudden insertion" is recorded as an important method of treating tendon disease in Miraculous Pivot,but scholars' explanations for "fan-needle and sudden insertion" are divergent. As a result,it is difficult to reach an agreement that which one is right for clinicians. Through a large number of literature researches and studies which are combined with clinical practice,the author concludes that the"fan-needle" in Miraculous Pivot is a name of acupuncture tool and "sudden insertion" maybe changed to"knot insertion". The original text means a doctor,who is familiar with the structure and function of tendons,diseases and syndromes,infers the location of the disease from tendons,takes pain points as acupuncture points and applies burning acupuncture,which can cure tendons disease.
