子午流注指导下中药热敷治疗脑卒中后便秘临床研究

目的:探讨子午流注指导下中药热敷治疗脑卒中后便秘的疗效。方法:将脑卒中后便秘患者156例分为对照组、中药热敷组、子午流注热敷组各52例。对照组给予乳果糖口服液,在此基础上,中药热敷组给予中药封包热敷腹部,子午流注热敷组择时于卯时和辰时用中药封包热敷腹部。对比分析三组的疗效、便秘症状积分、Bristol大便性状分型。结果:中药热敷组和子午流注热敷组的便秘症状积分、大便性状分型均优于对照组(P0.05),且治疗后子午流注热敷组便秘症状积分显著低于中药热敷组(P0.05),大便性状分型正常比例和临床疗效显著高于中药热敷组(P0.05)。结论:子午流注中药热敷治疗脑卒中后便秘可以提高临床疗效,改善症状,提高生活质量。

Effect of Herbal Hot Compress Based on Midnight-noon Ebb-flow on Constipation in Patients with Stroke

Objective:To study the effect of herbal hot compress based on midnight-noon ebb-flow on constipation in patients with stroke. Methods:A total of 156 post-stroke patients with constipation were divided into the control group,herbal hot compress group and compress based on midnight-noon ebb-flow group,with52 cases in each group. The control group was given lactulose oral solution. On the basis of this,herbal hot compress group was given a traditional Chinese medicine compress on abdomen hotly,and the compress based on midnight-noon ebb-flow group was given a traditional Chinese medicine compress on abdomen hotly at Mao period and Chen period. The efficacy of the three groups,constipation symptom scores and Bristol stool trait classification were compared. Results:The constipation symptom scores and stool trait classification of the herbal hot compress group and compress based on midnight-noon ebb-flow group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the symptom scores of constipation in the compress based on midnight-noon ebb-flow group were lower than those in the herbal hot compress group significantly(P<0.05),while the normal proportion of stool traits and clinical efficacy were higher significantly(P<0.05). Conclusions:The treatment of post-stroke complicated by constipation with herbal hot compress based on midnight-noon ebb-flow could improve clinical efficacy,relieve symptoms and promote the quality of life.
