定压拔罐干预慢性疲劳综合征相关性评价指标临床分析

目的:观察定压拔罐干预慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效。方法:使用经络罐通仪对28例慢性疲劳综合征患者进行大椎、肝俞、脾俞、命门定压拔罐治疗,每周2次,连续5周。以疲劳量表(FS-14)为主要指标,次要指标使用疲劳评定量表(FAI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表,于拔罐前、拔罐5次后、拔罐10次后进行评分,进行自身前后比较观察,评价定压拔罐对慢性疲劳综合征的疗效。结果:治疗后,患者FS-14、FAI、SAS、SDS及PSQI评分较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:定压拔罐可显著改善慢性疲劳综合征患者的疲劳、睡眠质量差、情绪不稳定等症状。

Effect of Fixed Pressure Cupping on Relevant Evaluation Indexes of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Objective:To observe clinical effects of fixed pressure cupping on fatigue. Methods:Twenty eight patients with chronic fatigue syndrome were treated with fixed pressure cupping on Dazhui(DU 14),Ganshu(BL 18),Pishu(BL 20),and Mingmen(DU 4) using the quantitative meridian cupping instrument,twice a week,for 5 weeks. The primary outcome was the score of fatigue scale 14(FS 14) and the secondary outcomes include fatigue assessment instrument(FAI) score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) score,self-rating depression scale(SDS) score and Pittsburgh sleep quality scale(PSQI) score. All the scale scores were evaluated before cupping,5 times and 10 times and after cupping. The scores were compared to evaluate the effect of fixed pressure cupping on chronic fatigue syndrome. Results:After the treatment,scores of FS-14,FAI,SAS,SDS and PSQI decreased compared with before the treatment with statistical significance(P<0.01). Conclusion:Fixed pressure cupping can significantly relieves fatigue,improve sleep quality and relieve unstable mood in patients with chronic fatigue.
