论中风病因病机理论及其层级划分

以中风病因病机相关文献为基础,将现有理论按照病因(外因、内因、基础病因)、病机(基本病机、分期病机、分病病机、证候病机)进行层级划分,探讨其理论内涵,明确其各自在中风发生发展中的作用和地位,为下一步治法层级的整理提供理论依据,以期形成系统性、逻辑性的中医中风"因机证治"诊疗体系。

Theory of Etiology and Pathogenesis of Apoplexy and Its Hierarchy

Based on the apoplexy pathogenesis related literature,the existing theory is given a hierarchy according to the etiology(external cause,internal cause and fundamental cause) and pathogenesis(basic pathogenesis,installment and pathogenesis,disease pathogenesis,syndrome pathogenesis) to discuss its theoretical connotation,to clarify their respective position and the role in the development of apoplexy and to provide theoretical basis for the arrangement of the following treatment,with a prospect of forming systematic,logical Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis and treatment system of apoplexy.
