营卫失常与癌病病机相关性研究

探讨营卫特别是卫气失常在癌病发生过程中的病机转变以及防治中的作用,旨在阐明防治癌病的理论基础。①营卫特别是卫气失常与癌病发生关系密切,营卫失去防御能力,是导致癌自内生的发病基础;同时,营卫还是癌赖以在体内生存的基础。②通常癌病难治,但可预防。导致癌病的原因众多,其中不健康生活方式位列诸因之首,因而保持健康生活方式,避免或减少营卫损伤,是预防癌病的基本条件。未病之先,增强体质以期预防癌病;既病之后,强壮身体则是治愈癌病或带病延年的基础。③营卫因不良生活方式而损伤,癌病因营卫损伤自内而生,据此提出通调营卫是癌病防治的指导思想。

Relationship between Ying-Wei Disorder and Disease Mechanism of Cancer

The role of Ying-wei disorder,especially of wei qi disorder(during the onset,development and prevention of cancer) was discussed,to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of cancer. ①Ying-wei disorder,especially wei qi disorder,is closely related to the occurrence of cancer. The loss of defense ability of ying-wei is the basis for the onset of cancer. Besides,ying-wei also is the basis for cancer to survive in the body. ②Usually cancer is refractory,but it can be prevented. There are many reasons for cancer,among which unhealthy lifestyles are most common,so maintaining a healthy lifestyle and avoiding or reducing ying-wei injuries is the basic condition for preventing cancer. Before the disease onset,body constitution should be strengthened to prevent cancer. After the disease onset,the strong body is the basis for curing cancer or extending life span affected with the cancer. ③Ying-wei is injured by unhealthy lifestyle,and cancer is caused by the injury of the ying-wei. According to this,it is proposed that harmonizing and unblocking ying-wei should be applied to guide the cancer prevention and treatment.
