| 摘 要： | 迟华基教授认为糖尿病并不等同于中医消渴,认为糖尿病的消渴阶段由"脾瘅"发展而来,临床应注重脾胃湿热因素。因此糖尿病前期治疗以清利脾胃湿热为主,后期治疗以活血养阴为主,兼以清利湿热。

| Abstract: | Professor CHI Huaji holds that "diabetes" is not the same as "wasting and thirsting disorder" in traditional Chinese medicine,and Pi-dan develops the drinking and urine stage of diabetes. Attention should be given to the factor of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach in clinical practice. Therefore,in the early stage,treatment of diabetes should focus on eliminating dampness and heat in the spleen and the stomach and the advanced stage treatment should focus on promoting blood circulation,nourishing yin and eliminating dampness and heat. |
