沈阳市餐饮娱乐场所麦克风的细菌污染状况

摘    要:目的了解沈阳市练歌房和KTV饭店的麦克风细菌污染状况。方法随机抽取沈阳市的3个市区,1个郊区,1个县城的9家练歌房和8家设KTV包房的饭店,共17个单位,监测90个麦克风金属网表面的细菌总数,大肠菌群,霉菌计数,金黄色葡萄球菌,绿脓杆菌及结核杆菌。结果90个麦克风中,细菌总数超标率为95.56%,其中有54.44%样本超标100多倍,最高40000cfu/25cm^2;大肠菌群、霉菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的阳性率分别为33.33%,94、44%,2.22%;绿脓杆菌及结核杆菌均为阴性。练歌房和饭店麦克风的细菌总数超标率分别为96.61%,93.55%;霉菌阳性率分别为93.22%,96.77%:大肠菌群阳性率分别为30.51%,38.71%。练歌房麦克风金黄色葡萄球菌阳性率为3.39%。郊区娱乐场所麦克风大肠菌群阳性率为50%,高于市区(P〈0.05)。结论练歌房和饭店的麦克风细菌、霉菌、大肠菌污染普遍严重,并且有致病菌(金黄色葡萄球菌)的污染。

Abstract:Objective To investigate bacterial pollution of microphones used in recreational places and restaurants with KTV. Methods 59 microphone meshes used in 9 recreational places and 31 in 8 restaurants with KTV were chosen and tested from Jul to Aug, 2003. Total number of bacteria, coliform group, fungus count, Bacillus pyocyaneus and tubercle bacillus were examined. Assessment was made according to Hygienic standard for hotels (GB 9663-1966): Total number of bacteria<200 cfu/25 cm2, coliform group and pathogen cannot be detected/25 cm2. Results Of 90 samples, 86 exceeded standard in total number of bacteria, occupied 95.56%; the maximum is 40 000 cfu/25 cm2, 30 in coliform group, 33.33%; the maximum is 20 000 cfu/25 cm2, 85 in fungus, 94.44%, 2 in Staphylococcus aureus, 2.22%, Bacillus pyocyaneus and tubercle bacillus were not detected. In recreational places and restaurants, the rates of exceed standard of microphone meshes in bacteria were 96.61% and 93.55% respectively, in fungus were 93.22% and 96.77%, in coliform group were 30.51%and 38.71% and no significant differences were seen between the two places. Conclusion The microphones used in many recreational places and restaurants with KTV in Shenyang have been polluted largely and seriously by bacteria, fungus, coliform, even the pathogen, Staphylococcus.
