肺心病患者尿视黄醇结合蛋白测定及临床意义

目的探讨肺心病患者尿视黄醇结合蛋白的变化及临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫法检测24例肺心病患者尿视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)的变化,并以26例健康体检为对照,同时测定其血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)。结果肺心病患者尿RBP水平较对照组显著升高(p<0.01),其中合并心衰患者较无合并心衰者的尿RBP水平有显著性差异(p<0.01),合并呼吸衰竭患者较无合并呼吸衰竭者的尿RBP水平有显著性差异(p<0.01),其中15例重度呼衰患者血气恢复正常后复查尿RBP有改善。结论肺心病患者确实存在肾功能的损害,动态观察尿RBP水平变化是判断其早期肾功能损害的敏感方法,能够早期发现肺心病患者的肾功能损害及程度。

Clinical Value of Retinal-binding-protein in Urine in Patients with Cor Pulmonale

Objective To evaluate clinical value of retinal-binding-protein in urine(RBP) of patients with Cor Pulmonale.Methods The level of RBP was measured by using ELISA in urine of 24 patients with cor pulmonale and 26 healthy subjects.Results It was found that the levels of RBP in the patients with cor pulmonale were significantly higher than those in health subjects(p<0.01).RBP level in the cor pulmonale patients associated with right heart failure was greatly different from those without heart failure(p<0.01).RBP level in the cor pulmonale patients with respiratory failure was greatly different from that in those patients without respiratory failure(p<0.01).Conclusions The results showed that the damages to kidney function in the patients with cor pulmonale existed indeed.The dynamic observation of the level of RBP was a sensitive method for estimating early renal function damage and server degree.
