| 摘 要： | 乳腺分叶状肿瘤是一种少见的乳腺疾患,其发病率占女性乳腺肿瘤中的0.3%~0.9%,占乳腺纤维上皮性肿瘤的2.5%[1,2]。由于其生物学特性所决定的术后复发率高、良恶性转变这一特点,因而在诊断治疗等方面存在不同观点。结合我院10年对15例次该病患者的诊治体会,并复习文献,归纳总结如

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the pathological criteria and treatment of phyllodes tumor of the breast. Methods Fifteen cases of phyllodes tumor of the breast diagnosed in the past 10 years in our hospital were reviewed. The therapeutic effect of these patients was evaluated. Conclusion The categories of benign, borderline and malignant phyllodes tumor of breast may change during the development of the disease. Surgery is the main method for the treatment of phyllodes tumor of the breast. |
